Naur Selu Arator: " Oh yes... I am a spy..." he mumbled with a bit of a change in tone. From that easy-going light persona to an edge of dripping sarcasm. She was every bit as stuck up and cold shouldered that the Aluians were made out to be. " If I were a spy.. would I be dressed as a Naurian? Think I'd be a bit more cautious, don't you think?"
Alu Val Istar: The young mage would huff indignantly at his response; eyelids receding to cat-like slits before widening to glare at the pompous, young Naur warrior. At least he looks like one to her inexperienced eyes. Well, I suppose you have very little regard of your safety". She continued; turning away to glance around the vicinity, her earlier encounter with the Earth Summoner has somewhat drained her. And there is that portal to be regenerated if she were to get home to the other side of the world. Her free hand slipped into a hidden pocket on her vest; patting the small vials.
Naur Selu Arator: Indeed he was quite young appearing. But then again, looks could be deceiving. He had that charming smile, but perhaps it was more or less of a cover; a mask of sorts. Behind the facade was the interior power of the former Arator of the Naur region. Though he hid his true personality quite well and tipped his head and laughed quietly.” I am not so much concerned for my own safety, but rather for yours..." He said as he twisted about and gazed upon her with those eyes that reflected like the surface of the pool.
Kemen Selu Arator: Breathing was as steady as could be, his heart beat was slow. He could feel ground beneath, and around him. Moving those strong hands from his lap, he began to focus on the earth itself. Any champion could move individual objects, but he aspired to be more. He wanted to be able to control several at once. A rumbling was heard, just before a large boulder erupted from the ground.

Alu Val Istar: The smile she noticed and captured for a moment before twin violet mirrors would roll around to the sound of disturbance somewhere near. The ground upon where she stood would move albeit a vibration of sort. "Peculiar.. "She would mutter to none but the still air before bringing back her attention to the Naur warrior. "For my safety?" Lips would turn into a smirk. She brought the ivory white staff to front, resting it against her left mound. "I don't need protection, you silly, Naurian". Her voice was reflecting a sense of confidence, though she was feeling far from it being alone and far from any body of water.
Kemen Selu Arator: Feeling the boulder itself, as if it were an extension of his own being, he took sight upon the trees. Clenched fists quickly gave way to spread fingers. At the flicking of those fingers, the boulder would burst into hundreds of shards. But it did not simply explode. Those remaining pieces of rock acted as projectiles and were hurled towards those trees at an unbelievable velocity, repeatedly hitting them with enough force to break large chunks of wood from them, knocking down quite a few in the process. At this sight, a solemn smile took hold of his lips.
Naur Selu Arator: " Silly? Yes..." he said as in an absent-minded reaction he lifted his hand and rubbed at the covered knuckles of his right appendage. Being silly had granted him several <1> stinging blows back in the days of the primary school academy back in Naur. Though no matter what none of the mentors could seem to break his spirit. "So I'm silly. Have a problem with that, Aluian? Oh right... you ice-hearted types lost your sense of humor..." He said as he feigned ignorance to the faint trace of mana in the air. The rumble from the ground; and the sky-born calls of Vox, where the phoenix familiar twisted and soared with keen eyes peeled for trouble. "Look. I'm trying to be nice here."
Kemen Selu Arator: Rising to his feet, he took a deep breath and reached forward with both arms. Clenching his fists once more, the ground beneath him would tremble violently as he tried his most daunting task yet. His body could be seen visibly shaking, were any around to see it. Sweat beaded from his brow, as it furrowed in deep concentration. Fingers dug tightly into the palms of both hands. At first, the earth beneath him merely shook. But a few short moments later, it tore in two. Not large enough to be called a crater. More of a sink hole at the moment. But the moment it gave, so did his body. Collapsing back down to his knees, he held himself up on weary arms, chest heaving with each breath. It took a lot out of him to move that much, and it was what he trained himself for. To be fully ready, he needed to be able to move more and still defend himself and his country.
Alu Val Istar: The calling of the Phoenix high above her head startled her, causing eyes to dart upwards. "A phoenix? How quaint.." She would respond, keeping her eyes on the clouds <c> momentarily, longing for droplets hidden amongst the heavy wisps. And then there was more of the horrific sound of explosion; unnatural and earsplitting to say the least. Perfectly form brows would furrow in wonder as eyes returned their gaze to the Naurian. "Well excuse me for not being merry and humorous..". She would chide, glaring at him now. "And if that was you being nice.. I won't want to wait to see when you're not". The ground would shake once more; this time a little more than before. "I am not going to stay here and banter with you. I think there are things out there just waiting to devour a Naurian like you. So I am going". She pulled the staff from its resting place against the ample form; hugging it to her left as nimble feet begins to move forth along the dust riddled path; away from the ensuing chaos.
Naur Selu Arator; His eyes narrowed in the moment that the ground shook with a trembling sigh. A slight twitch; to the left and to the right and then he took a single step in her direction with a casual stride. "Knock, knock. Hello? Can your not so cold side come out and play?" He said with a simple wonder. His hand pretending to knock on that hard exterior shell; that barrier erected around her that was going to prove to be one hell of a nut to crack. He was almost convinced his natural charm would be useless. Almost. But he wasn't going to give it up, not without a fight at least. "Now why does this have to be all about me? What about you? You could be a spy for the Alurians."

Kemen Selu Arator: After catching his breath, he slowly stood once more. This was only the beginning of his training. He was determined to be able to handle more. Again, the earth would rumble. Balling his hand into a fist again, another boulder lurched forth from the earth. Instead of making smaller projectiles, he stood there and held it aloft. Closing his eyes, he focused on keeping it air borne. Growling more in frustration than strain, he raised it back up to it's original place. Once more, it began to lower. With a guttural yell, the balled fist became a pointed hand. Palm facing to the side.
Alu Val Istar: Her steps receded as the Naurian took to follow in hers. An exasperated sigh escapes her blue tinged lips, renegade strands billowing from the exhaled breath. Violet eyes would glare once again as they found the golden mirrors upon the warrior's young face."A spy? A spy?" She would echo his words; neck straining slightly forth to peer into those mischievous orbs. "Have you lost your mind?" She would continue, free hand flailing in the air just as the feral-like scream was heard. "Are you ready to face what ever it is that's throwing a rampage through that.. that.. " She pauses, turning her face towards the direction of the horrific echoes. "area.. " She would end her words there, returning her gaze back to the Naurian, heaving calculated breaths. "Well, I am not a spy, I wouldn't be standing here if I was one. I am on a mission." She nods to herself.
Naur Selu Arator: Alright, so it would seem that they might have had some sort of breakthrough. Perhaps an understanding, as he nodded his head and looked around. There was definitely an expenditure of mana permeating the air. "I'll protect you. Even if you think you're all high and mighty something-something from Pinquelek," He murmured in response; mumbling more to himself about a mission for this and a mission for that. "Twould you be here by any chance looking for your missing Arator, now are you?" The young Naurian warrior had a bold streak about as large as his ego was wide. Then again, he had been in a position that gave him this free reign up until he had resigned, in a way.
Kemen Selu Arator: At the boulder's two halves falling back to the earth, he wondered how best to continue. Staring out into the distance, he went into quiet thought. He endurance in battle must be increased. But how? An idea popped into his head. Standing back from the stones, he had them raised once more. Both halves, this time. A swirling motion of his arms, and the two of them began to encircle eachother. Slowly at first, but then they accelerated in a vortex. Once he was satisfied with their speed, he raised his arms, effectively raising the two halves as well. In one swift motion, along with a solid grunt -c-He flung them off into the distance. The two halves stopped circling eachother, and seemed to float lazily through the air into the distance. Nodding his approval, he turned and looked back to the ground he had pulled them from. More must be done. he thought.
Alu Val Istar: The nodding receded as his words fell upon her ears. Eyes once again receded before widening to glare at him; this time there was wary in those violet pools. “What ever do you mean..?" The wheels within her young ming begins to turn swiftly; warning bells ringing somewhere deep within the recesses. "Arator.. our arator is fine and present at Pinquelek". She shifted from one foot to the other. "I am on a mission.. to.. to.. gather some plants". She concluded with another glare.
Naur Selu Arator: Now was she going to actually stand there and feed him a line of bullnuts like that? That had to be one of the more unoriginal lies he had heard; and he had told his own fair share of lies back in the days of the academy. Whatever he could imagine he found a way to skip most if not all of thoe more boring studies. So when it came down to her mentioning that she was here for plants; that set his own alarms inside his mind of like a clanging of bells. "Okay. So hypothetically then.. if your Arator is currently present in Pinquelek... then why did he travel through this very region not more than a fortnight ago?" He asked her with a smile, pacing now around her in a sort of obnoxious dance, as he waited to see how she was literally going to dig herself out of this one... or end up creating a landslide in which she would bury herself.

Alu Val Istar: The sizzling sound of air being sliced as the boulders came flying above them and then the resounding boom, causes her lithe, though petite, form to freeze itself upon the trembling earth; a string of words from the tongue of old forming rapidly to flow from her lips as the beginning of a spell, his words falling on deaf ears it would seemed for a moment. And then the trembling would cease, the sounds echoing weakly in the distance. Nym would heave a sigh shaking her head. "You surely are jesting. I am sure that was not Alu Selu Arator that you have seen.. walking through town". She nodded to herself once more; glancing away.
Kemen Selu Arator: Dusting his hands, those arms once more stretched outwards. In his mind, he saw what he wanted to do. That was how he was trained. To see what he wanted, and bring it into being. Though, he knew, that if this were combat, his mind would need to be sharp, clear, and quick to be able to survive it. Those images that his mind produced must flow as water does in order for him to become a true force of nature. Grasping that image, his hands closed into fists once more. In swift, fluid motions, he brought his arms forward, before swinging them behind him, to point straight back. Simple motions, yet directly responsible for -c-the trembling of the earth as angled spires sprung forth from the ground. The first three directed in front of him, pointing away. And as his arms reached behind him, three more would lurch from the earth, pointing in the opposite direction. Each spire was about thirty feet long, spiraled rock formations with jagged spikes along their entirety. Designed with ground forces in mind, and made to stop even the most fearsome adversary.
Naur Selu Arator: His head tipped back and his eyes followed her own gaze; glancing up to the rocks that flew overhead. "Interesting.." He mumbled to himself though as his attention fluently returned to the woman of Pinquelek. "So, tall, grumpy, black leather armor with a weird design on the back; silver hair and a stare that could freeze the very blood in a poor man's soul. Going to say that description doesn't fit your precious Arator?" He asked, completely ignoring or playing off the fact of the rocks that had gone whizzing by through the air. She should at least show some form of credit. After all he had been tracking her Arator for some time now. Intent on taking him to Naur, to fight the Dark.
Kemen Selu Arator: A short break was what he needed. He was covered in sweat from all of the lifting he'd just done. And it was during his break that he felt something out of place. As his energy slowly returned, he realized what is was. Trespassers. The thought raced through his mind, causing adrenaline to course through him. Clenching his fists, he sought out that mana.... seeking to pin it's location before heading after it. After all, a level head kept a man alive. Keeping your wits about you was key. Were they to be let run amuk, one could not hope to survive very long. Especially in these times. A moment or so later, and he had them located. Two of them, both differing from one another. Two? And of different origins. This puzzled him greatly. Either it was pure chance, or some sort of coux.
Alu Val Istar: The earth seemed to have no intention in keeping these two unfamiliar manas where they currently occupy its precious surface; it trembled and groan like nothing before. But this time, Nym's attention did not falter, for the Naurian had described the Alu Selu Arator to his very attire. A sigh would try to escape but determination held it in check. "Well, perhaps he was on a brief mission, himself". She would offer, flawless features would blush if not for the cold nature of the elementalists skin killing any heat from ever surfacing. "He is the arator after all. He can come and go as he so pleases." She huffs. "So what are you going to do about it?"
Naur Selu Arator: He dropped his head for a moment as if in defeat; smiling to himself as he turned, which created a slight disturbance and for the first time, as he turned away from her, she might in the least catch the emblem upon his collar. He bore the insignia of the Naur Selu. "I intend to find him and bring him to Naur... rumor has it your Arator is the key to defeating the darkness that is spreading across the kingdoms.." He paused and his fiery eyes, now lit with the confession of his conviction, blazed forth with a surge through each pupil. "Though the reports and yes, we do have spies in Pinquelek... say that he left... I tracked him this far and well, to be honest... gave me the slip some time back.." He openly admitted. "I was on my way back when I happened upon you back by the fountain in the town's square."

Kemen Selu Arator: Pacing himself to not wear himself out, he made his way towards the two other mana traces. In his mind, he tried to work out the chances of the two of them being there.... and worse.... together. Was it a plot? Or just chance? With a deep breath, he quelled his mind. Making himself calm and serene; centered and at one with nature. If this was going to get out of hand, he needed to be fully focused. It was a minute or so later that he realized this was the direction he had launched the two halves earlier. A simple snort of amusement, amidst a solemn facial expression was all that was uttered. Drawing nearer, he quickened his pace a little.
Alu Val Istar: Nym stood frozen in place as he explained the situation to her; the sounds of destruction had finallly ceased by then. A blink ensued but before she could respond she felt the incoming mana; its intangible auras reaching out to touch hers, testing it would seem for the nature of her state. She glances to whence the invisible fingers originated; <c>as sharp heave of air was taken before swiftly her eyes would return to capture the Naurian's just as his words came to an end and at the same time, catching a glimpse of the crest upon his collar. "Naur Selu Arator.." The name would form on her lips. Shaking her head, she turn to face the oncoming entity. Brows would once again furrow. This was the dreaded nation's highest ranking warrior, she was facing. Fighting the instinct to flee, she mutters. "We have company".
Kemen Selu Arator: After passing a group of trees, he stopped at the sight of them. There was no arguing now. The two of them were standing there. All that was missing was the Air representative, and they could've had a full basket. His posture presented to them the very personification of earth itself. Not bulging with muscles, yet even its appearance was exuding strength; the resolute appearance on his face, the dedicated gaze in his eyes. He was not going to be the one to start fighting, being that he had no knowledge if they were working together or not, but he would not let it get beyond him, should it come to violence. ::
Naur Selu Arator: From overhead; Vox chirped with a sharp, long and drawn out sound, where the bird soared back in a circle and streaked lower through the atmosphere; coming to land and perch just beyond and behind where Xavien presently stood. "You know. I think you're right," he said with a slight shrug of his lean shoulder beneath his leather attire. His demeanor was that as it had always been; even with such a formal and heavy burden placed upon him by the weight of his once former position; though until now no one was aware that he had taken a step back and disobeyed orders in the attempt to track down the man that could indeed save his Emperor. "So shall we go and say hello?"
Alu Val Istar: And say hello? The words echoed deep inside her warring mind as she shook her head. "Still he finds this precarious situation humorous". She would mutter quietly, issuing him a sidelong glance. The ivory staff found itself planted on the ground just next to her left foot. She shook her head slowly; she knew it was futile to run, and she was nowhere near ready to summon back the portal that would send her back to Pinquelek. "You go ahead and get yourself in trouble, Naur Arator.." She nodded towards the now visible, obviously an Earth warrior with rank, by the looks of his attire. 'I should have just left this Naur fool' Her mind would chide once again as she prepares for the worst for she had been given the notice to leave the land within the hour although two has passt since.
Kemen Selu Arator: At this distance, their words were inaudible. Judging it by sight, he would've estimated a few hundred yards between those two and himself. Close enough to make a point, should he need to. At the slightest hint of violence, he would make sure they got the point. Narrowing his sight, he looked upon them both. Neither face brought a familiar bell to mind, though the woman seemed more nervous than her counterpart. He would take a few steps closer. Careful, thought out steps. Not so much in closing distance, than putting himself in a position to better grab their attention. They would have to follow his motions to keep sight of him. And most importantly, he was moving to put the sun at his back. With his form in between that light and them, he would have a slight advantage over the two of them. After all, how can you strike what you cannot see? ::

Naur Selu Arator: "Naur Arator... so what had given it away? My charming handsome features?" He said with a smile and that tell-tale twinkle of fire in his eyes backlit deep inside their cores, as he whispered to her. Moving a bit towards her left; his hand dropped to his where slender digits ticked and tapped against the hilt of his sword. “So if this gets ugly... You run on ahead and I'll keep our guest entertained long enough for you to use your swirly magic and return to Pinquelek." For a Naurian, one had to admit, his admiration was there, as well as the need to keep the young Aluian woman safe from the presence of danger.
Alu Val Istar: She would roll her eyes if not for the present uncertainties that they were facing; eyes glaring at his smiling face as he moved to her left, almost obscuring her sight of the oncoming Kemenite warrior. And then he was gone for a few moments, violet eyes would blink against the glaring light bouncing off the foliage. "Oh will you stop.. handsome features.." She would scold, pushing the staff forth as if trying to knock the crescent tip upon his blazing mop of hair but then his words touches her ears once more, causing an inaudible gasp to assail her lips. A naurian protecting an Aluian? Such act of valiant from a Naurian was as rare as the warmth of Summer in Pinquelek. With the war against the Darkness rages, everyone was for his/her own. Somehow she manages a nod returning her gaze back to the Kemenite; squinting to see his whereabouts. "Not to worry, Naur Arator. I will make my escape as he mangles your body".
Kemen Selu Arator As the mountain stood patient in passing times, so stood he upon that patch of earth. It wasn't in his nature to be provocative, but a move had to be made for this to come to an end. His next few steps brought him closer this time, in order for them to better hear him; though his voice would be as commanding as they'd ever heard. " You there! Leave at once, or you will be punished." :: Straight and to the point. He'd said it loud enough for them to hear, the added boom of his voice from using his diaphragm to emphasize his words. Taking one final step, his stance portrayed one of preparation. One foot angled, and back from the other. An offset stance; balanced, and steady, it conveyed the seriousness of what he had spoken to them. Now the move was theirs, and he had patience enough to wait an eternity.
Naur Selu Arator: In the moment that he was hard at work trying to impress the young Aluian female.. for the most part to begin with; all he had seemed to hear was ' Blah-Blah. Blah.. ' Until it actually sunk n and registered that in the distance, a Kemenite warrior had been speaking. "Are they for real here?" he seemed to asked. His words dropped and lingered upon a whispered note from his tongue; floating them toward the young woman, as he casually paced from one side to the other. Xavien didn't at all seem serious, perhaps seeing everything more as a game than of anything of a real importance. But maybe that is what he wanted people to see in light of being Naur's youngest Arator.
Alu Val Istar: Still he was being nonchalant, or so she would assess from his careless demeanor. Here they were, facing a Kemenite warrior, of rank no less, and with imaginable talents from what they have seen; those massive boulders flying off like they were pebbles. Surely, being in his own domain, summoning his innate powers would be like taking a breath. Nym would step to her right, making herself seen by the Kemenite. Bowing her head, she offered a smile. "My..our apologies, heruamin. I .. we were on our way out but lost our bearings upon exiting the town. Which way is the border?" She would ask in her most soft and charming voice; hoping and praying to the Guardians of Phara' Sythalis that the Naurian would follow her lead. Her smile remained as she awaits his reply.
Kemen Selu Arator: Though his ears were paying her full attention, his eyes were now beset on the pacing male. Her words led him to believe their intent was merely to pass through, and return to their respective homes; though that male's movements led him to believe otherwise. Edgy, wanting something to happen, and waiting for it to was what he thought of this man. For a moment, he thought about whether or not he should believe them. Those emerald glazed hues held glued to that man. If anyone was going to start something, it would be him. All Noah had to do was sit still and wait for it. Reading his posture, the man obviously thought highly of himself. So experience was easily determined from him. Noah brought the distance between them to a much shorter range; less than a hundred yards now. Though the sun was still behind him, he would be more than visible. Even this close, he kept a wary stance. At this distance, he could see them clearer. With his eyes still upon that man, his left arm would raise. Pointing in the direction that would take them out of his territory the fastest; again, his commanding voice would be heard, though not as loud as before. “That way..... and I would advise you both to make haste. Not everyone is as lenient as I.”

Naur Selu Arator: A slight chuckle slid through and betwixt his lips as the woman spoke to the Kemenite. Even though it seemed that he gave off that edge of appearance that he wished to have something happen.. which of course others seemed to play right into the assumption of easily reading him; when it was indeed quite the opposite and he was harder to read than one may come to think. Socializing was one of his specialties and pushing forth the demeanor in his outward personality came naturally. But Xavien still had an ace up his sleeve. Literally. In the form of a visa, safely tucked away, signed by the Emperor himself, giving him, as the Naur Selu Arator, free reign to travel from one region to the next. However being the Emperor had no idea of its intent, or what exactly Xavien had planned to use it for. And with a slight swagger to his stride; sauntering up closer towards the woman as his bright eyes lingered and gazed toward the speaking man; assumingly to hold that appearance as if he didn't care; or possibly had no real intentions at all. "Well there you have it... I told you the border was that way. We should hurry along now, dear.. we don't want to be late..." he would say with a chuckle and lifted his hand to swat at the young Aluian's backside.
Alu Val Istar: Nym would dip her chin once more at the firm, yet civil, reply from the Kemenite warrior. She could not help but to capture the essence of his mana; the auras almost tangible in their make. A soft heave of surprised breath was taken, for the signature was somewhat similar to that of the Naurian standing not too far from her. Could it be that the Kemenite standing before them was to be the Kingdom of Earth's very own Arator?. She could try the to scry; with what little knowledge she has acquired from her masters and mistresses at the Academy of Magic. But before she could attempt to do so, the lazy drawl of the Naur Arator came into her reverie, as he took the few steps towards her. And then there was a resounding slapping sound that left her breathless for a moment, her train of thoughts derailed from the blatant disregard of manners from the Naurian. But what did she expect from such a crude race of Fire summoners. She swallowed the freezing spell from escaping; smiling up at the Naurian, as she nods, a whispers slipping from her lips. "You are going to die.. ". Turning to the Kemenite warrior; she nodded once more. "We will be on our way, heruamin. Thank you for your kindness". Turning around, she stalked forth, seething with rage, wanting nothing more than to put distance between her and the two. Especially the Naur Selu Arator.
Kemen Selu Arator: His eyes shifted slightly at the sound of a soft, but sharp breath. For a moment, he took her in his gaze. Those eyes of his looking her over once, before returning to the one that had spoken so lightly of the situation he was in. Obviously, his intent was to goad a response, or to make Noah angry in some fashion. His solemn, patient expression was all he received. Whatever this man wanted, it would be found elsewhere. Noah's arm stayed raised, pointing in the direction he had pointed out for them, and again, his voice would resonate forth. “Just go, young one.” This man's petulance was a true sign of his age, if anything. Though he paid it no more mind than he would a passing breeze. For now, his biggest concern was getting them to leave. Afterwards, he would continue to hone his skills. Again, his eyes took notice of the woman. For the fashion this man had regarded her in, as his woman, she gave off an air of not enjoying any part of what he'd just done. She'd begun to leave, so she would possibly no longer bother him. But now it fell to her companion. Arms crossing his toned chest, waiting for the man to leave. The first showing of his slight impatience.
Naur Selu Arator: One had to admit; he was quite bold, brazen, and perhaps just a hint of being thingyy. But what would one expect from one who had been given the authority as the Naur Selu Arator. The power hadn't gone to his head like some might of thought. In all actuality; the power, he cared less for it. He was in it to live his life. But in order to protect his way of life and to live a long and lasting one; he needed to find the Alu Selu Arator. And maybe. Just maybe. This woman may yet serve in that purpose. For it was obvious she was looking for him to. His golden gaze turned away from the woman and back over his shoulder toward the Kemenite; with that smug look that might have been read as ' I'll be back, ' or ' I'll see you later,' whichever one wanted to take it as, and paced off after the woman. "So about that dying... Can you make it quick and if not enjoyable. I'd hate to go out without at least knowing your name.." He said.

Alu Val Istar: Nym was already too far to hear if there were exchanges between the two. Lips pressed in a single line; mind dismissing the lingering sting to her mple rear. The staff was detachable and was now in two halves resting against her slender back. 'Mighty Guardians up above, keep my heart as cold as your eternal Ice'. She whispers to none as she stomps forth. Just then she felt his presence, that unmistakable auras of Naur, so wild yet congruent, touching her own. She hisses as if scalded by his mana; glaring at him as his footfalls came to fall besides her. She came to a stop upon reaching a small clearing; fingers reaching into the small pocket producing multi colored vials. "I only have a few moments to spare, Naur. So I will spare your life today." She turn to face him; glaring at him with no hint of the former innocent Aluian girl but very much a young Mage. "Come near me though and I promise you will lose a limb". Spitting the words, she proceeded to chant pouring the contents of the vial onto the ground; continuing as the surface begins to shimmer and ripple like the surface of a lake. "Just so it would be easier to find me when you fail to find my Arator." She held on to his eyes for a few more moments before stepping into the conjured pool.. "I am Nym-Niire."
Kemen Selu Arator: He watched the two of them walk off; first the woman, then the male. And as the male left, he saw him turn back and give him that look. With his arms still crossed, he tilted his chin upwards. Behind him, several large rocks rose from the ground. Just over a foot in diameter, nothing like the ones he had hurled earlier. In a show of his own arrogance, if it could be called that, two of the rocks dropped between his legs and hung there. If he didn't realize the significance of this, then the following would no doubt resonate through his thoughts for some time. Both stones soon burst into a fine powder. That look on his face never left, as he held the mans gaze until he turned back towards the woman. With them now gone, he could finally resume his training. With a soft exhale, he turned to resume his own tests.
Naur Selu Arator: “Nym-Niire..." He said. He smiled as he remembered that day. Though it was shortly after that encounter that indeed he had lost to a Aluian.. but with limbs intact. He had caught up with the Alu Selu Arator and before he could even get a word in edge wise... the Champion of Water had delivered a blow. Just one that had left two permanent scars vertically across his pectoral muscles and up across his shoulders and partially down the back of his shoulder blades. He lost much of his fire that fateful day; but he never lost sight of the young female mage. Darkness had been beaten. Xavien became an outlaw and gave up, giving in and resigned himself to travelling with Xenith on his quest to be rid of the sword that contained the essence of the Dark Lord. He stood leaning against the wooden framed window; staring out into the coming twilight; as the sky turned to shades of purple, red and finally that settling shadows elongating across the ground. " Its nearly time... Nym."
